Cancellation Policy

Our policy for canceling your reservation is as follows:

• If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the activity (09:30 am), you will be refunded the full cost of the program you have booked for (not including eLearning costs which are non refundable).
• If the cancellation is made between 48 and 24 hours before the activity (09:30 am), you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the program you have booked for (not including eLearning costs which are non refundable).
• If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the activity (09:30 am), regardless of the reason, you are not entitled to a refund.
• If you cancel your course (SD, OWD, AOWD, etc.) more than 7 days before the starting date (09:30 am), you will be refunded the cost of the course (not including eLearning costs which are non refundable). If you cancel your course less than 7 days in advance, you are not entitled to a refund.
• If the cancellation is made by us, due to bad weather or any other physiological cause or force majeure, the full amount will be refunded to you.
• If the cancellation is made by us or you, but due to your fault, e.g. due to the use of alcohol or other substances, bad behavior towards our staff or our customers, non-compliance with the standard safety rules of diving, inability to dive due to physiological or psychological causes (stress, cold, inability to equalize pressure) etc., then you are not entitled to a refund.

In no case are you entitled to a refund greater than what you have paid!
